The posting

Bij een producent van brood en vers banket in Sliedrecht werk je aan de elektrotechniek en besturingen van productielijnen. Als storingsmonteur elektrotechniek en PLC-programmeur combineer je storingsanalyse met het verbeteren van de automatisering. Je onderzoekt waarom een installatie stilvalt, past PLC-programma’s en HMI-schermen aan en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen. Daarbij gebruik je jouw kennis van elektrische besturingen, servoaandrijvingen en frequentieregelaars om de lijnen betrouwbaar te laten draaien. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je het oplossen van acute storingen af met technische optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten. Je signaleert knelpunten aan de lijn, bespreekt mogelijke aanpassingen met collega’s en draagt je vakkennis actief over. Je werkt fulltime in tweeploegendienst, in een schone productieomgeving met een zorgvuldige inwerking. Door je te verdiepen in nieuwe technieken en systemen bouw je verder aan je kennis van industriële besturingen en aandrijftechniek. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe besturings- en elektrotechnische storingen - Aanpassen van PLC-programma’s en HMI-schermen voor een betrouwbare lijnwerking - Signaleren van technische knelpunten en uitwerken van structurele oplossingen - Controleren en aanpassen van parameters van servoaandrijvingen en frequentieregelaars - Uitvoeren van technische optimalisaties en implementeren van verbeterideeën - Actief overdragen van vakkennis aan collega’s Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo-niveau - Je hebt gedegen kennis van het programmeren van PLC- en HMI-besturingen - Je hebt gedegen kennis van het parametreren van servoaandrijvingen en frequentieregelaars - Ervaring met storingen in elektrische besturingen en het programmeren van robotica is een pré - Je analyseert problemen zorgvuldig en bedenkt praktische, doeltreffende oplossingen - Je communiceert helder, blijft rustig bij storingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid Wat b.
