Als storingsmonteur binnen ons bedrijf is geen dag hetzelfde. Je staat iedere dag weer klaar om er samen met je collega’s voor te zorgen dat de persen optimaal blijven presteren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede conditie van het machinepark door deze op de juiste manier te onderhouden en te repareren. Jij lokaliseert en verhelpt storingen aan machines en installaties. Je denkt mee over preventieve onderhoudsplannen en optimalisatie en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de veiligheidsaspecten in de productie. De administratie van de verrichtte werkzaamheden en het bestellen van materialen houd je bij in Ultimo.

Een overzicht van je werkzaamheden:

  • Lokaliseren, oplossen en voorkomen van storingen aan het machinepark, voornamelijk op elektrisch vlak maar ook op mechanisch, meet- en regeltechnisch vlak;
  • Uitvoeren van gepland en ongepland onderhoud;
  • Uitvoeren van reparaties en revisies;
  • Het up-to-date houden van installaties;
  • Analyseren van complexere problemen;
  • Tijdig bestellen van alle benodigde onderdelen via Ultimo;
  • Correct administreren van de verrichtte werkzaamheden in Ultimo;
  • Het toezien op de handhaving van veiligheidsnormen;
  • Het begeleiden van een externe Monteur.
  • Je hebt ruime kennis van moderne besturingstechnieken (Siemens, Bosch Rexroth);
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en bent bereid om met diensten te schuiven in perioden dat dit nodig is;
  • Je toont initiatief tot het meedenken bij en het doen van verbetervoorstellen;
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
