Storingsmonteur Technische Dienst – 3 ploegendienst Ben jij een techneut in hart en nieren die energie krijgt van het oplossen én voorkomen van storingen? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!

In deze functie maak je deel uit van de Technische Dienst van Synprodo in Wijchen. Je werkt in een drieploegendienst en houdt je samen met collega’s voornamelijk bezig met het verhelpen van mechanische storingen aan het machinepark en technische installaties. Ook het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines behoort tot jouw taken. Je krijgt er energie van om te werken met robots en innovatieve techniek.

Dit ga je doen;

Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van productieafdeling in de ploeg die op dat moment dienst heeft. Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit:

- Verhelpen van storingen en uitvoeren van reparaties aan matrijzen;

- Oplossen van storingen aan secundaire systemen;

- (Preventief) onderhoud aan het machinepark en technische installaties;

- Afstellen van machines ter optimalisatie van het productieproces;

- Uitvoeren van geplande reparaties en verbetervoorstellen;

- Meedenken over en ontwikkelen van nieuwe machines, matrijzen en vormdelen.
