FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch onderlegd en voel je je thuis bij zowel elektriciteit als elektronica?

Wil je werken op geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen in een dynamische omgeving?

Zorg jij ervoor dat onze machines altijd blijven draaien? Dan is deze rol op jouw maat gemaakt! Solliciteer vandaag nog! Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je zorgt voor het optimaal functioneren van volledig geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen, preventief & curatief
  • Storingen aan installaties los je snel en efficiënt op, met focus op elektrische en elektronische componenten zoals drives en PLC-sturingen (Siemens, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
  • Je houdt toezicht op utility-installaties zoals perslucht, koeling, waterzuivering, thermische olie en stoom
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de ploegverantwoordelijken, operatoren en wordt aangestuurd door de maintenance manager
  • Je volgt de bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften van de voedingssector en draagt bij aan een ordelijke, hygiënische werkplek
  • Je past 5S-principes toe en ondersteunt bij de optimalisatie van werkprocessen
  • Je functioneert zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen jouw technische domein

PROFIEL Dit verwachten wij:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (TSO, graduaat of bachelor) in een industriële richting of relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Je beschikt over sterke kennis van elektriciteit en elektronica, inclusief drives en PLC-sturingen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het werken volgens veiligheids- en hygiënenormen in de voedingsindustrie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband
  • Je bent bekend met 5S en houdt je werkplek georganiseerd en veilig
  • Nederlands Spreken en lezen
