Wil jij als technieker werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar je dagelijks met uiteenlopende installaties en technieken in aanraking komt? In deze functie krijg je een belangrijke rol in het draaiende houden van productie- en verpakkingsmachines binnen een voedingsbedrijf dat dagelijks verse maaltijden produceert.

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren technisch team van een tiental collega's. Daardoor sta je er bij complexe storingen nooit alleen voor en krijg je volop mogelijkheden om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je spoort elektrische storingen aan productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties op en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing.
  • Je voert zowel preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden als herstellingen uit om stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met onder andere motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars, PLC-sturingen en andere elektrische componenten.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische interventies.
  • Je controleert installaties en grijpt proactief in wanneer je technische afwijkingen of mogelijke defecten opmerkt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere techniekers en productiecollega's om machines veilig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar te houden.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen die de betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en levensduur van de installaties verhogen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of beschikt door ervaring over een sterke praktische kennis van industriële techniek.
  • Elektriciteit vormt jouw sterkste technische domein en je kunt zelfstandig elektrische storingen analyseren.
  • Je beschikt daarnaast over kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Basiskennis van PLC's, frequentieregelaars, motoren en sensortechniek is belangrijk voor deze functie.
  • Ervaring met koeltechniek, stoominstallaties of vacuümtechniek is een extra troef.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt graag samen en blijft rustig wanneer een storing snel opgelost moet worden.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel tussen 6.00 en 22.30 uur te werken en ongeveer één keer per zes weken een wachtdienst op te nemen.
