Binnen deze rol als Technieker Nacht kom je terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit centraal staan. De technieker die wij zoeken, speelt een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden van het volledige machinepark en de infrastructuur. De functie omvat een brede waaier aan technische verantwoordelijkheden waarbij zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud een belangrijk onderdeel vormen. De nadruk ligt op het analyseren van storingen, het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het nauw samenwerken met collega’s en ondersteunende diensten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Zorgen voor een optimale technische werking van de productielijnen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens de vastgelegde planning
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen met een probleemoplossende aanpak
  • Communiceren over uitgevoerde werken en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en risico’s
  • Meedenken en voorstellen doen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement, en mee implementeren van verbeteringen
  • Strikt naleven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en ergonomievoorschriften binnen een voedingsomgeving
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers en productie om stilstanden te minimaliseren

Deze functie biedt een sterke combinatie van technische uitdaging, autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een innovatieve productieomgeving.

Als Technieker zoeken we een technisch sterke professional die zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan functioneren. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een stevige technische basis en voelt zich thuis in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid essentieel zijn. Een proactieve houding, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een vlotte manier van communiceren zijn belangrijke troeven om succesvol te zijn in deze functie.

Wat ze van jou verwachten:

  • Een technische opleiding A2 (Elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Vaardigheid in zowel elektrische als mechanische interventies.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van HACCP en de regelgeving rond voedselveiligheid.
  • In het bezit zijn van een heftruckattest en bereid zijn om op hoogte te werken.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Extra troeven zoals kennis van koelsystemen, lassen, BA5 of PLC‑technieken.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en helder communiceren, ook in stressvolle situaties of noodsituaties.

Deze functie vraagt om iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, initiatief neemt en graag meedenkt over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
