Storingstechnieker - Lommel

Zoek jij een uitdagende functie als storingstechnieker in een moderne productiefaciliteit? Bij ons speel je een cruciale rol in de productie, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van storingen. Je werkt in een voltijdse functie met een contract van onbepaalde duur.

Ben jij iemand die:

  • mechanische en elektrische storingen kan opsporen?
  • ervaring heeft in een productieomgeving?
  • technisch inzicht heeft om problemen te analyseren en op te lossen?

In deze functie ga je het volgende doen:

  • Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrische storingen aan machines en installaties.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens vastgestelde onderhoudsplannen.
  • Signaleren van slijtage en tijdig vervangen van onderdelen.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen aan machines en processen.
  • Registreren van storingen, interventies en bevindingen in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Werken volgens de gestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Jij hebt een achtergrond in elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken en hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een volcontinu systeem. Je hebt het technisch inzicht om storingen grondig te analyseren en op te lossen. Kennis van elektrische schema’s en PLC-systemen is een plus. Daarnaast ben je in staat om onder druk kalm te blijven en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je acties.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een sterke achtergrond in elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een volcontinu systeem.
  • Technisch inzicht om storingen grondig te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Kennis van elektrische schema’s en PLC-systemen.
  • Vermogen om onder druk kalm te blijven en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je acties.
