Zoek jij als technieker de perfecte balans tussen werk en privé door enkel in het weekend te werken, mét de zekerheid van een vast contract? Een sterk groeiend textielbedrijf in Meulebeke biedt jou de kans om je mechanische vakkennis maximaal in te zetten. Na een geslaagde interimperiode ligt er meteen een vast contract van onbepaalde duur voor je klaar. Dankzij het weekendrooster houd je van maandag tot en met vrijdag alle tijd vrij voor je gezin, hobby's of studie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als storingstechnieker ben jij de rots in de branding voor de continuïteit van het machinepark. Jouw hoofdfocus ligt op het analytisch opsporen en kordaat verhelpen van onverwachte, curatieve pannes om productiestilstanden zo kort mogelijk te houden.

De zwaartekracht van je werkzaamheden ligt bij de mechanica (aandrijvingen, overbrengingen, hydraulica, pneumatica), gecombineerd met je elektrotechnische basiskennis. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie-operatoren op de vloer en zoekt proactief naar mechanische optimalisaties. Om de installaties door en door te leren kennen, start je met een grondige inwerkperiode tijdens de week in 2-ploegen (05:00–13:00 uur en 13:00–21:00 uur). Zodra je het machinepark onder de knie hebt, maak je de definitieve overstap naar de weekendploeg binnen een net, geordend atelier en een hecht team.

Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan als storingstechnieker, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving. Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische kennis en een basis van elektriciteit is een mooi meegenomen pluspunt. Je werkt resultaatgericht en blijft rustig onder druk wanneer er zich een technische storing voordoet. Kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn voor jou topprioriteiten. Daarnaast beheers je de Nederlandse taal zeer goed, zowel gesproken als geschreven, zodat je vlot kunt overleggen met je collega's en de nodige rapportages kunt invullen.
