Ben jij een ervaren aankoopprofessional die graag schakelt tussen strategische aankoop, leveranciersbeheer en operationele opvolging? Krijg je energie van onderhandelen, optimaliseren en bouwen aan duurzame leveranciersrelaties? Voor een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie in de regio Puurs, actief binnen een sterk gereguleerde en innovatieve sector, zijn we op zoek naar een Strategic Procurement & Buying Medewerker.

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie combineer je strategische procurement met een sterke operationele betrokkenheid. Je beheert aankoopprocessen van A tot Z en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met leveranciers en strategische partners.
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden, levertermijnen en andere commerciële afspraken.
  • Analyseren van de leveranciersmarkt en identificeren van opportuniteiten op vlak van kosten, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Opvolgen van aankoopcontracten en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Coördineren van aankoopactiviteiten en bewaken van beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Finance, Operations en Quality.
  • Evalueren van bestaande leveranciers en ondersteunen bij de selectie van nieuwe partners.
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten binnen Procurement en Supply Chain.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en rapporteren over aankoopresultaten en leveranciersperformance.
  • Proactief signaleren van risico's en zoeken naar duurzame oplossingen binnen de supply chain.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een bachelor Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek, Economie of een gelijkwaardige opleiding heeft.
  • Relevante ervaring heeft binnen aankoop, procurement of purchasing.
  • Ervaring binnen farmacie, life sciences, chemie of een andere sterk gereguleerde omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Sterk is in onderhandelen en beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Analytisch kan denken en beslissingen durft te onderbouwen met cijfers en data.
  • Vlot communiceert met zowel interne stakeholders als externe leveranciers.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken, maar zich ook goed voelt binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaat en tegelijk voldoende pragmatisch is.
