Performance Scaled As a Strategic Project Manager, Global Logistics Systems, you will shape and drive the future Integrated Project Management (IPM) landscape supporting Hilti's Lead2030 strategy. You will lead global systems initiatives from concept through deployment, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions, and deliver business value across the Large Projects ecosystem. The role requires balancing strategic vision with execution excellence, ensuring processes, systems, data, and organizational adoption are aligned across multiple functions, regions, and markets. This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15-25%. What You'll Do - Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of end-to-end processes across project execution, fulfilment, material management, and prefabrication - Align and influence senior stakeholders across business functions, regions, Global IT, and external partners to define strategic priorities and drive decision-making. - Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Integrated Project Management capabilities supporting Hilti's Large Projects business. - Lead global deployment and adoption activities, ensuring effective change management, governance, communication, and market readiness. - Translate business strategy into scalable process and system capabilities, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and organizational objectives. - Lead evaluation and selection of software solutions by developing business requirements, assessing vendor capabilities, facilitating proof-of-concepts, and building business cases for investment decisions. - Design end-to-end business and system capabilities spanning opportunity management, project pla...
