Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en levert technologie die essentieel is voor het testen, monitoren en optimaliseren van traditionele 12V-accu's en high-voltage batterijen in elektrische voertuigen. Het gaat hierbij echt om maatwerkoplossingen, gericht op klantdoelen, die geïntegreerd worden in de systemen van klanten. Hiermee spelen zij een cruciale rol in het beoordelen en waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en prestaties van voertuigen wereldwijd. Wat hier wordt ontwikkeld en uitgerold, heeft invloed op duizenden werkplaatsen en miljoenen voertuigen. Daarbij staan samenwerking en gezamenlijke resultaten centraal: successen worden als team behaald, in nauwe samenwerking met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en regio's. Dit maakt Midtronics een interessante omgeving voor professionals die energie halen uit autonomie én samenwerken in combinatie met werken aan complexe vraagstukken en het opbouwen/beheren van duurzame klantrelaties. De functie Als Strategic Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbreiding van een aantal strategische OEM-klanten, waaronder toonaangevende merken als Volkswagen Groep, Jaguar Land Rover en Toyota. De focus ligt hierbij met name op de verdere ontwikkeling van de Duitse markt. In deze adviserende en oplossingsgerichte rol begeleid je complexe, langlopende salestrajecten en coördineer je multidisciplinaire teams om maatwerkprojecten succesvol te realiseren. Hierbij schakel je met diverse stakeholders op verschillende niveaus. Je richt je niet alleen op het uitbreiden van bestaande accounts, maar creëert ook nieuwe businesskansen binnen groeimarkten zoals EV- en e-mobility, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) en PTI-veiligheids...
