Je werkt op basis van eigen expertise en professionele autonomie en levert concrete, toetsbare resultaten. Je vervult geen rol binnen de lijnorganisatie en neemt geen structurele taken over die binnen de organisatie zijn belegd. Resultaten / op te leveren producten Verwachte opleveringen: - Een uitgewerkt strategisch plan van aanpak voor stakeholdermanagement en communicatie Kanaalzone Zuid; - Een plan voor bijdrage aan het evenement/project 100 jaar Maaswaalkanaal; - Schriftelijke strategische adviezen over het integreren van belangen, ontwikkelingen en initiatieven van externe partijen die van invloed zijn op de gebiedsontwikkeling; - Concreet opgeleverde producten op het gebied van omgevingsmanagement, participatie, branding en placemaking. De exacte inhoud wordt bij aanvang op hoofdlijnen vastgesteld en alleen aangepast indien noodzakelijk voor het eindresultaat. Afbakening van de opdracht - Resultaatverantwoordelijkheid: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat, niet voor interne processen of lijnactiviteiten; - Organisatorische positie: Je maakt geen onderdeel uit van de ambtelijke organisatie en er is geen hiërarchische aansturing; - Overleggen: Je neemt niet deel aan reguliere interne overleggen, tenzij noodzakelijk voor het afgesproken resultaat (bijv.
