Wil je jouw ervaring en expertise inzetten in een strategische adviesrol binnen de publieke sector? Dan biedt BMC jou een unieke kans om die stap te zetten. Dit traject is speciaal ontworpen voor professionals met ervaring als bijvoorbeeld beleids / bestuuradviseur of programmamanager die zich willen ontwikkelen tot strategisch adviseur binnen het veiligheidsdomein. Je krijgt direct een vast contract en combineert leren met werken. Gedurende tien maanden volg je met een groep gelijkgestemde collega's een programma met trainingen, intervisie en begeleiding, terwijl je tegelijkertijd aan opdrachten werkt bij publieke organisaties en samenwerkingsverbanden, zoals gemeenten, zorg- en veiligheidshuizen, RIEC's en veiligheidsregio's. In dit traject ontwikkel je je op onderwerpen zoals: Politiek-bestuurlijk adviseren en werken in een complexe bestuurlijke omgeving Samenwerking en regie binnen programma's en netwerken Datagedreven werken en informatiegestuurde aanpak. Het ontwikkeltraject start medio medio september 2026, maar eerder in dienst treden is mogelijk en zelfs wenselijk. Wat heb je geleerd na afronding van het traject? Na succesvolle afronding van dit traject ben je in staat om op strategisch niveau impact te maken in het veiligheidsdomein. Je beschikt over: Inzicht in actuele vraagstukken binnen het openbaar bestuur op het gebied van veiligheid, inclusief landelijke programma's en veelvoorkomende lokale uitdagingen; Kennis van het speelveld en het handvatten om samenspel tussen de verschillende samenwerkingspartners te beïnvloeden, rekening houdend met hun belangen...
