Werk jij graag als 'spin in het web?'' Kun je goed inspelen op actuele ontwikkelingen, makkelijk schakelen tussen diverse belanghebbenden alsook op verschillende niveaus? LTO Nederland is dé belangenbehartiger van meer dan 35.000 agrarische ondernemers, die door hun lidmaatschap van LTO Noord, ZLTO of LLTB zijn aangesloten bij deze ondernemers- en werkgeversorganisatie. LTO Nederland maakt zich sterk voor de economische en maatschappelijke positie van boeren en tuinders. Belangrijke thema's zijn bijvoorbeeld voedsel en gezondheid, klimaat, ondernemen en omgeving. In al deze thema's speelt de land- en tuinbouw een prominente rol. In deze functie ben je intensief betrokken bij zowel beleidsvorming als beleidsuitvoering voor diverse onderwerpen, bijvoorbeeld duurzaam agrarisch grondgebruik, SDG, klimaatmitigatie, Kaderrichtlijn Water, Nationaal Klimaat Platform en het Convenant Klimaatbewuste land- en tuinbouw 2050. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen enerzijds de bij LTO Nederland aangesloten ondernemers en anderzijds verschillende ministeries, politiek, wetenschap en keten- en maatschappelijke organisaties. Als strategisch beleidsadviseur werk je op strategisch en operationeel niveau en ben je in staat adequaat te adviseren en te overtuigen. Op het vlak van omgeving en milieu opereer je in het centrum van de actualiteit en de maatschappelijke, economische, juridische en politieke discussie en dat binnen een sector die bij kan dragen aan de oplossingen, maar tegelijkertijd ook vele uitdagingen voor zich ziet!
