Strategisch beleidsadviseur Geluid - Gemeente Haarlem 28 september 2026 door Gemeente.nu Werk bij Haarlem en Zandvoort is werk dat ertoe doet, met resultaten die je ziet als je door de stad of het dorp loopt. Met een goede werk-privébalans en met mooie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Ook bij de afdeling Omgevingsbeleid maken we impact. Binnen de afdeling Omgevingsbeleid wordt de deskundigheid op het gebied van de ruimte en leefomgeving-kwaliteit gebundeld. De afdeling bestaat uit 50 fte. Onze stedenbouwkundigen, landschapsarchitecten, planologen, ruimtelijk ordeningsjuristen, erfgoeddeskundigen en de beleidsmedewerkers omgevingskwaliteit werken aan een duurzame toekomst voor de stad vanuit de overtuiging dat een gezonde en mooie omgeving mensen gelukkiger maakt. Op het gebied van geluid worden taken verricht voor een evenwichtige toedeling van functie aan locaties voor omgevingsplannen. Verder wordt advies gegeven bij omgevingsvergunningen (bouwactiviteiten en nieuwe bedrijven), worden verkeersgegevens verstrekt en wordt geluidbeleid opgesteld. Functiebeschrijving Voor het werkveld geluid wordt beleid opgesteld en worden alle wettelijke taken (Omgevingswet) uitgevoerd, aangevuld met de uitvoering van het Haarlemse Hogere waardebeleid, het zonebeheer van ons industrieterrein en de verdere geluidopgaven afkomstig uit de Omgevingswet. Ook juridische advisering bij rechtszaken speelt een belangrijke rol. Wij stellen het actieplan geluid op en eens in de 5 jaar maken we onze geluidbelastingkaart. Verder saneren we geluid-belaste woningen in Haarlem met subsidie van het rijk. De steeds groter wordende druk op de ruimte door opgaves als de woningbouw en daarbij behorende groei van andere functies en de opgaven op het gebied van milieu en klimaat vergen meer integrale afweging. Van meedenken bij planvorming en toetsen van aanvragen willen we meer naar adviseren aan de voorkant, visievorming, strategie en opstellen van uitvoeringskaders...
