Als Strategisch Contractmanager Facility Management (FM) voer je de regie over een van de belangrijkste multi-servicecontracten van de provincie. Je stuurt op prestaties, kwaliteit, risico's, financiën, vernieuwing en de samenwerking met leveranciers. Tegelijkertijd ben je plaatsvervangend sectormanager en daarmee de strategische sparringpartner van de sectormanager. Je adviseert op managementniveau over de koers, ontwikkeling en innovatie van onze facilitaire dienstverlening, geeft tactische keuzes mede vorm en brengt verbeteringen van idee naar uitvoering. Dit ga je doen Je functie bestaat uit 2 gelijkwaardige pijlers: senior contractmanagement én strategische medesturing van Facility Management. Je bent contractmanager voor het multi-servicecontract voor onder meer beveiliging, catering en schoonmaak. Dit is 1 van de 2 grootste en meest impactvolle contracten binnen de sector. Je voert de strategische regie en zorgt dat de dienstverlening aantoonbaar bijdraagt aan de doelen van de provincie. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, bewaakt de voortgang, analyseert prestaties en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar contractsturing en verbeterinitiatieven. Binnen de sector heb je een coördinerende en verbindende rol. Voor contractmanagers ben je inhoudelijk sparringpartner en zorg je voor een goede afstemming tussen onder meer contractmanagement, leveranciersmanagement, data-analyse en...
