Functiebeschrijving Met jouw energie kan het - Je wilt bijdragen aan een veilige energietransitie. - Je coacht en adviseert het management om samen de veiligheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen. - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden met een salaris tussen de € 3.732,- en € 5.331,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week). Inclusief de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden kan je salaris oplopen tot € 6.861,- bruto per maand. - Bovendien kun je hybride werken, goed geregeld ABP pensioen en mogelijkheid tot vast contract. Als Strategisch HSE coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat veiligheid niet alleen een woord is, maar een kernwaarden die dagelijks wordt nageleefd in onze vestiging. Samen met jouw team bouw je aan een veilige en verantwoorde toekomst Zo ga jij deze uitdaging aan Daarnaast coach je collega's en teams bij het toepassen van HSE-principes in hun dagelijkse werk. Je weet mensen mee te nemen, creëert bewustwording en stimuleert eigenaarschap op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu. De functie is voornamelijk kantoorgericht.
