In deze rol adviseer en ondersteun je op strategisch niveau bij enkelvoudige en meervoudige inkopen. Je helpt de organisatie bij het verder professionaliseren van de inkoopfunctie en het versterken van de samenwerking tussen beleid, uitvoering en management. Je stelt standaardtemplates, richtlijnen en hulpmiddelen op binnen het inkoopproces. Je werkt aan de ontwikkeling van inkoopbeleid, het verbeteren van processen en het vergroten van de inkoopkennis bij collega's en stakeholders. Een functie met impact, waar jouw advies direct bijdraagt aan doelmatig en duurzaam inkopen. Functie eisen Profiel - Je hebt een hbo-opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een inkoopopleiding zoals Nevi 1 publiek. - Je hebt ervaring met inkoop en aanbesteden binnen (semi-)publieke organisaties. - Je bent goed bekend met relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Aanbestedingswet en de Gids Proportionaliteit. - Je hebt ervaring met procesverbetering en het ontwikkelen van praktische hulpmiddelen voor inkoop. Organisatie omschrijving Over Grippr Procurement Grippr Procurement is een inkoopadviesbureau gevestigd in Laren, met 80 medewerkers, gespecialiseerd in het detacheren en bemiddelen van inkopers en contractmanagers voor diverse sectoren.
