- Strategisch Inkoper - 32 - 40 uur - Swalmen Ben jij een ervaren inkoper van elektronische componenten en wil je strategische impact maken binnen een technische productieomgeving? In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwikkelen van leveranciersrelaties, het optimaliseren van de supply chain en het realiseren van duurzame inkoopresultaten. Functieomschrijving Als Strategisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de inkoopstrategie voor elektronische componenten. Je analyseert de leveranciersmarkt, selecteert de juiste partners en onderhandelt over voorwaarden op het gebied van kwaliteit, logistiek, technologie en kosten. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie, logistiek en andere interne stakeholders om de beschikbaarheid van kritische onderdelen te waarborgen en verbeteringen in de supply chain door te voeren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen, selecteren en kwalificeren van leveranciers van elektronische componenten. - Monitoren en verbeteren van leveranciersprestaties op basis van kwaliteit, logistiek, technologie en kosten. - Opstellen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën voor elektronica en aanverwante componenten. - Initiëren van kostenbesparingen en levertijdverbeteringen. - Onderhandelen over contracten en commerciële afspraken. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk van leveranciers. - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om risico's in de keten te beheersen en continuïteit van levering te garanderen. - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als strategisch of tactisch inkoper van elektronische componenten, PCB's, elektronica-assemblages of vergelijkbare elektronica-gerelateerde producten; - Ervaring met supplier management, contractonderhandelingen en strategische sourcing; - Kennis van technische producten en productieomgevingen, bij voorkeur binnen de...
