Wil je impact maken binnen een internationaal opererende organisatie waar techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Strategisch Inkoper bij HAPAM iets voor jou. Als Strategisch Inkoper speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van de inkoopfunctie. Je bouwt aan sterke leveranciersrelaties, onderhandelt over contracten en draagt bij aan de realisatie van de internationale inkoopstrategie. Wat ga je doen? - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de (internationale) inkoopstrategie door verbeteringen binnen het inkoopproces te signaleren en te implementeren. - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar kansen voor de organisatie. - Onderhandelen over prijzen, contracten en (internationale) raamovereenkomsten. - Verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van strategische leveranciers, waarbij je ook leverancier verbetertrajecten initieert en coördineert. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame leveranciersrelaties. - Beoordelen van kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en prestaties van leveranciers. - Adviseren van interne stakeholders over inkoop- en leveranciersvraagstukken. - Bezoeken van leveranciers, productiepartners en internationale vestigingen om relaties te versterken en verbeterkansen te identificeren. - Ondersteunen van internationale vestigingen bij complexe inkoopvraagstukken. Naast je strategische verantwoordelijkheden ben je samen met je collega's ook actief binnen de operationele inkoop. Hierbij houd je je bezig met het opstellen van inkooporders, het bewaken van leveringen en het controleren en goedkeuren van facturen, zodat de productie binnen Hapam tijdig over de benodigde materialen beschikt. ...
