Grote volumes, terugkerende bestsellers en klanten die elke dag op kwaliteit rekenen. Als strategisch inkoper Jersey bovenmode ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van deze categorie. Je bepaalt de onderhandelingsstrategie, werkt met leveranciers en inkoopkantoren wereldwijd en maakt het verschil in kostprijs, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. dit ga je doen Inkoop bij HEMA is volop in beweging. We hebben onze inkoopstrategie aangescherpt en richten de afdeling opnieuw in, met clusters per productgroep en een Center of Excellence. Inkooptaken die nu nog deels bij categorie management liggen, komen samen bij inkoop. Binnen het modecluster word jij verantwoordelijk voor alle jersey bovenmode. Je vertaalt de inkoopstrategie naar concrete onderhandelingsstrategieën voor een categorie met grote volumes en veel herhaalaankopen. Je stuurt op een optimale kostprijs (COGS) via datagedreven onderhandelingen, leveranciersconsolidatie en design to value, bijvoorbeeld door slim te kijken naar materialen, specificaties en productie. Je verzorgt sourcing en contractering, bouwt aan langdurige relaties met je kernleveranciers en monitort prestaties op kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid, speed to market, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Je stuurt op en rapporteert over de ESG-prestaties van leveranciers. Je werkt volgens de integrale Categorie Management 2.0-aanpak, samen met categorie management, het Center of Excellence en onze inkoopkantoren in het buitenland.
