Als Strategisch Inkoper bij Van Gelder EWT (Energie, Water & Telecom) zorg je dat inkoop vanaf de initiatiefase structureel aan tafel zit, niet achteraf. Samen met projectteams ontwikkel je een uniforme werkwijze voor het tijdig kiezen van de juiste leveranciers, contractvormen en commerciële afspraken. Je werkt vanuit Nijkerk maar zal ook regelmatig aanwezig zijn op projecten in Nederland. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen directie, projectmanagement, uitvoering, calculatie, contractmanagement en leveranciers. Je zorgt dat commerciële, technische en operationele belangen samenkomen in duurzame oplossingen. Door coaching, kennisdeling en procesverbetering vergroot je het inkoopbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Met als resultaat dat inkoop wordt gezien als een strategische businesspartner in plaats van een uitvoerende afdeling. Je bent kartrekker van die professionaliseringsslag. Je krijgt de ruimte om richting te geven, keuzes te maken en de inkooporganisatie mee op te bouwen, met zichtbare impact op de grootste projecten van Van Gelder.
