Wir suchen für unseren Kunden - ein namhaftes & renommiertes Unternehmen im Raum Perg - zur Unterstützung des bereits bestehenen Einkaufsteams eine_n strategische_n Einkäufer_in.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenmanagements sowie strategische und operative Betreuung der Warengruppe Elektroinstallationsmaterial

* Identifikation, Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Ideen, Prozessoptimierungen und nachhaltiger Kosteneinsparungspotenziale in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen

* Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Bewertung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Erstellung fundierter Analysen als Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Einkaufsentscheidungen

* Selbstständige Führung von Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung optimaler Einkaufsbedingungen

* Enge und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, insbesondere bei der Auswahl, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Materialien und Produkten

* Kontinuierliche Abstimmung und bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung effizienter Beschaffungsprozesse

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik oder Einkauf

* Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf und Lieferantenmanagement

* Technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und analytisches Denken

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kostenbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Vollzeit (38,5 h/Woche)
