Als Strategischer Einkäufer (Non-Food) verstärken Sie unser Team an unserem Hauptsitz in Salzburg. In dieser Position sind Sie für die DACH-Region verantwortlich, mit besonderem Fokus auf unsere deutschsprachigen Märkte. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien, dem Aufbau strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften, der Optimierung von Einkaufskosten sowie der nachhaltigen Wertschöpfung für das gesamte Unternehmen.

Aufgaben * Identifizierung, Bewertung, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung strategischer Lieferanten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios. * Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Förderung von Innovationen, Qualitätsverbesserungen, Nachhaltigkeit und Kostenwettbewerbsfähigkeit. * Durchführung regelmäßiger Beschaffungsmarktanalysen sowie Beobachtung relevanter Markttrends und Indizes. * Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen und strategischen Kooperationsverträgen. * Identifikation und Realisierung von Einsparungspotenzialen durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungs- und Kostenreduktionsmaßnahmen. * Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Einkaufsprojekten und Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensziele. * Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung sowie aktive Umsetzung von Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und nachhaltigen Wertschöpfung.

Skills * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Supply Chain Managements, Einkaufs oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets. * Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Non-Food und/oder Verpackungen. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel. * SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. * Hohe Eigenmotivation und starke Ergebnisorientierung. * Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und proaktives Handeln. * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Lieferantenbeziehungen aufzubauen. * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kooperationsfähigkeit. * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen für Messen und Lieferantenbesuche innerhalb der DACH-Region.
