Tewerkstelling als jobstudent (ook mogelijkheid als werkstudent) zorgkundige in WZC Avondvrede, gelegen in de Stropkaai 38 b, 9000 Gent.

In ons woonzorgcentrum sta je bewoners bij met kwalitatieve zorg, een luisterend oor en deskundige ondersteuning. Je werkt in een hecht team waar respect, veiligheid en welzijn centraal staan. Met je warme, betrokken en professionele houding draag je elke dag bij aan een comfortabele en waardige leefomgeving voor onze bewoners.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, wisselt relevante informatie correct uit en hanteert aangepaste communicatie en luistertechnieken.

Jouw taken zien er o.a. als volgt uit:

  • Persoonsgerichte en hygiënisch zorg bieden met oog voor detailzorg
  • Bewoners observeren en veranderingen in hun toestand rapporteren
  • Assisteren bij verpleegkundige en gedelegeerde handelingen
  • Maaltijdbegeleiding en toepassing van voedingsrichtlijnen (incl. HACCP)
  • Interne verplaatsingen uitvoeren met ergonomische hef- en tiltechnieken
  • Je informeert en betrekt de familie rond de zorg van de bewoner
  • Zorgplannen opvolgen van de bewoner
  • Je beschikt over een visum zorgkundige; relevante ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en hun familie en/of context. Je hecht veel belang aan respect, betrouwbaarheid en professionaliteit binnen een warme familiale sfeer.
  • Je benadert bewoners op een laagdrempelige, respectvolle manier en vertaalt dit in positieve omgangsvormen.
  • Je wil dagelijks bijdragen aan kwalitatieve, mensgerichte zorg en je bent leergierig.
  • Je bent collegiaal, flexibel en communiceert vlot met collega’s en leidinggevenden.
  • Je bent vlot beschikbaar in de weekends
