Stukadoor in Eindhoven Eindhoven Introductie Inhoud opdracht Voor diverse bedrijven in en rond Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige stukadoor. Als stukadoor voer je allerlei soorten stukadoorswerk uit, zowel in de nieuwbouw als bij renovatie en onderhoud, en zowel in de woningbouw als de utiliteitsbouw. De opdracht bestaat onder meer uit: - Voorbereiden van het oppervlak, zoals schoonmaken en het verwijderen van behang; - Afplakken van overgangsgebieden met gaas om scheuren te voorkomen; - Voorstrijken van de ondergrond met een voorstrijkmiddel; - Mengen van de mortel en het aanbrengen daarvan op het oppervlak (berapen of bepleisteren); - Uitvlakken van het oppervlak met een rei; - Glad maken van het oppervlak met een spackmes, en het eventueel bijschuren van oneffenheden met schuurgaas; - Repareren van oude stuklagen. Dit zetten wij daar tegenover - Een marktconform tarief, in overleg met de opdrachtgever; - Wekelijkse uitbetaling van je facturen; - Een continue stroom aan opdrachten via ons brede netwerk van opdrachtgevers in de bouw en techniek; - Administratieve ontzorging; - Een vast, persoonlijk contactpersoon bij HR-Groep.
