Ben jij dé stukadoor die wij zoeken? Werk je zelfstandig op basis van werkopdrachten waarbij je de precieze aanpak en uitvoering zelf beoordeeld? Dan heeft Actief Techniek De perfecte vacature voor jou! Voor een middelgroot afbouwbedrijf uit Delfzijl ben ik namelijk op zoek naar een Allround stukadoor. Het stukadoorsbedrijf heeft zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten en is actief in de nieuwbouw en renovatie. Het bedrijf werkt voornamelijk in de regio van Delfzijl. Bij het stukadoorsbedrijf zal je zowel zelfstandig op de klussen werkzaam zijn als met een collega. Wat wij jou bieden Naast een leuke baan met gezellige collega's voor langere tijd kun je rekenen op: - Een goed salaris conform het SAG cao tussen €3.200 - €3.900 per maand (afhankelijk van je werkervaring en diploma's); - Een goed pensioen via BPF Bouw; - Reiskostenvergoeding - Fulltime werk á 37,5uur per week - Opleidingsmogelijkheden zoals bijvoorbeeld een houtrotcursus, glaszetcursus, hoogwerkcursus etc. - Kleding en werkschoenen vanuit Actief Techniek! of vanuit het schildersbedrijf; - Keuze uit wekelijkse, 4-wekelijkse of maandelijkse uitbetaling; Over de opdrachtgever Voor een bedrijf in de regio van Delfzijl zoeken wij een stukadoor. Samen met een ervaren team zorg je ervoor dat bewoonde particuliere en woningbouwcorporatie woningen er weer als nieuw uitzien. Overige functie eisen: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als stukadoor, een afgeronde vakopleiding; - Sociale vaardigheden om op de juiste manier met je collega's en klanten te communiceren; - Beheers je alle technieken die nodig zijn zoals het werken met raap-, (sier)pleister- of schuurwerk. Ervaring met spack- of gipsspuiten is geen vereiste maar wel een mooie pré! - Rijbewijs B (must) en eigen vervoer (pré)...
