Stuurman gezocht - Amsterdam / Den Haag / Utrecht / Arnhem - Minimaal € 3.850,- en maximaal € 4.500,- bruto per maand - 38 uren per week Voor drie toonaangevende spelers in transport / logistiek van vloeibare en producten aan de wal zijn we op zoek naar ervaren en minder ervaren stuurlieden. Deze bedrijven zijn gesitueerd in de regio's Amsterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht en Arnhem en kenmerken zich door de grote hoeveelheden assets waarover ze verantwoordelijkheid hebben. Deze assets tezamen vormen een maatschappelijk kritische infrastructuur. Als Stuurman heb je alles geleerd over nautische processen aan boord van schepen. Dagelijks ben je bezig met het regelen, organiseren en aansturen van allerhande zaken binnen een serieuze en dynamische omgeving in de vorm van een schip. De unieke combinatie van jouw brede kennis zou je goed aan de wal kunnen toepassen bij bedrijven die werken met complexe logistieke processen. Of dat nou gaat om de logistiek van goederen, water of stroom maakt niet eens zo gek veel uit. Jouw stuurmans kwaliteiten kun je perfect inzetten bij de uitvoer van het leiderschap en de verantwoordelijkheid dat zaken daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Je allround technisch inzicht kun je uitstekend inzetten bij het logisch oplossen van aspecten en situaties binnen bedrijfsprocessen. Jij bent bedreven in het overzicht houden, mensen aansturen en dingen voor elkaar krijgen. Je gaat onderbouwend te werk omdat je weet dat eenmaal op zee, zaken niet terug zijn te draaien. Omdat wij weten hoe de rode draad in de carrière van de meest succesvolle Walbaners de afgelopen jaren is verlopen, hebben wij met toonaangevende Nederlandse bedrijven ontwikkelingstrajecten opgezet met als doel maritiem opgeleide officieren te laten groeien aan de wal.
