Voor een gevestigde onderneming in de regio Waregem, actief in de productie van hoogwaardige kunststofproducten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Supervisor die de verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productieafdeling.

Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in de sector heeft dit West-Vlaamse bedrijf een sterke reputatie opgebouwd als betrouwbare en innovatieve speler. Ze richten zich op de ontwikkeling en productie van esthetisch verfijnde kunststofoplossingen, die hun toepassing vinden in uiteenlopende sectoren. De organisatie koppelt een rijke traditie aan een toekomstgerichte visie, waarbij kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagdagelijks sta je in voor het coördineer van de planning en de productie in samenwerking met de Operations Manager
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat er een optimale bezetting is van alle machines & werkposten
  • Collega's ondersteunen en begeleiden bij vragen of problemen
  • Uiteraard ben je veelvuldig aanwezig op de werkvloer waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor een correcte opvolging van de planning, de productiviteit van de werknemers en de kwaliteit van de producten
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat huidige en nieuwe procedures correct en nauw worden opgevolgd
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring achter de rug binnen een leidinggevende functie & bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt passie voor mechanica en elektrotechniek
  • Omwille van veiligheid en communicatie spreek je vlot Nederlands
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve skills en bent een hands-on persoonlijkheid
