Through our activities, we contribute to the energy transition worldwide. Since March 2026, we have been based in a modern new company facility located along the A28 in Assen, the Netherlands. At WellGear, we work on challenging well intervention and Plug & Abandonment projects, both onshore and offshore. Safety, quality and professional execution are at the heart of everything we do. As a Supervisor, you play an important role in our operations and act as the key point of contact for both our employees and the customer on site. What will you do? As a Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily coordination of WellGear activities on site. You ensure that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with WellGear procedures and QHSE standards. You are also the primary interface between WellGear and the customer on location. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and supervising the WellGear team on site. - Acting as the first point of contact for the customer regarding operational, safety and environmental matters. - Ensuring daily activities are carried out safely, efficiently and according to plans and procedures. - Leading safety meetings and Tool Box Talks. - Managing Observation Cards and supporting investigations following accidents, incidents and non-conformances. - Supervising rig-up and rig...
