  • Je coördineert de productieplanning op korte, middellange en lange termijn en houdt daarbij rekening met beschikbare capaciteit, competenties en prioriteiten.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers en teambegeleiders aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van de assemblageactiviteiten.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt je medewerkers doorheen hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Je voert opvolgings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers de nodige opleiding en begeleiding krijgen.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit en volgt de belangrijkste KPI's van de afdeling nauwgezet op.
  • Bij operationele problemen neem je tijdig beslissingen en zorg je samen met het team voor een passende oplossing.
  • Je stimuleert medewerkers om mee te denken over verbeteringen en neemt zelf initiatieven om processen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je werkt samen met andere operationele afdelingen om planning, capaciteit en werkzaamheden optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden, coachen of aansturen van mensen, professioneel of vanuit een andere relevante context.
  • Technische affiniteit of ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, collega's en leidinggevenden en durft duidelijke feedback te geven.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en combineert resultaatgerichtheid met aandacht voor je team.
  • Veilig en gezond werken vind je vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur niveau 3 of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een wisselploeg te werken en stelt je flexibel op wanneer overleg of kennisoverdracht dit vraagt.
