The posting

Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten binnen het magazijn (Crossdock-operaties).

Je coördineert en stuurt magazijnmedewerkers en teamleaders aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden efficiënt worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in procesverbeteringen en change management om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de magazijnactiviteiten verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten binnen de Crossdock-operatie;
  • Implementeren van procesverbeteringen en opvolgen van verbeterinitiatieven en projecten (Change Management);
  • Bewaken van kwaliteits- en servicedoelstellingen en toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers;
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte communicatie en samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring als supervisor binnen een crossdockmagazijn. Ervaring met continuous improvement-projecten en change management is een sterke troef;
  • Bereidheid om in de nachtploeg te werken (22u00 - 06u00);
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden, stressbestendigheid en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
