Voor een industriële productielocatie in Noord-Holland zoeken we een Supervisor Electrical and Instrumentation Onderhoud. In deze rol coördineer je het dagelijks onderhoud aan elektrische installaties en instrumentatie, borg je veiligheid en compliance en zorg je dat de installatie betrouwbaar draait met zo min mogelijk stilstand. Je combineert plannen en aansturen met zelf meewerken waar nodig, en je krijgt ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren in techniek, procedures en voorraadbeheer. - Coördineren, plannen en (laten) uitvoeren van Electrical and Instrumentation -onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan installaties - Naleven en borgen van veiligheidsregels; bij incidenten direct organisatorische maatregelen nemen - Minimaliseren van ongeplande stilstanden en productie-impact door slim plannen en prioriteren - Opstellen en uitvoeren van werkplannen voor zowel regulier als complex onderhoud - Beheer van technische documentatie, onderhoudsdata en het technische magazijn (reserves/onderdelen) - Zorgen dat installaties voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving op Electrical and Instrumentation -gebied en bijbehorende procedures - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en initiëren van optimalisaties in processen en werkwijze - Acting as deputy: waar nodig de siteverantwoordelijke vervangen in afstemming met reliability/teamleiding - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.000 en € 5.000, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding - Minimaal 28 vrije dagen; op basis van leeftijd kan dit aantal hoger zijn - Contract voor bepaalde tijd met optie op vast bij goed functioneren - Investering in jouw ontwikkeling (vakinhoudelijk en persoonlijk) en ruimte voor certificering - Werkomgeving met duidelijke veiligheidsstandaarden en een gezonde werk-privébalans - Zinvol werk met zichtbare impact op betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en duurzaamheid Di...
