Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, het team optimaal samenwerkt en onze gasten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service. Je combineert leidinggeven met zelf actief meewerken en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het front office team en andere afdelingen. Je signaleert verbeterpunten, denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief om zowel de gastbeleving als de interne processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Bij afwezigheid van de front office manager neem jij de verantwoordelijkheden over. Wat ga je doen? - Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden aan de receptie en stuurt het front office team aan tijdens de verschillende diensten. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat gasten zich welkom voelen. Bij vragen, klachten of bijzonderheden weet je snel en klantgericht te handelen. - Je coacht en begeleidt medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en helpt nieuwe collega's bij hun inwerktraject. - Je ondersteunt bij de personeelsplanning, signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over een efficiënte inzet van het team. - Je controleert reserveringen, betalingen, kasverantwoording en dagrapportages en bespreekt eventuele afwijkingen met de front office manager. - Je stemt dagelijks af met onder andere housekeeping, F&B, banqueting, sales en de technische dienst om de samenwerking tussen afdelingen soepel te laten verlopen. - Je werkt zelf actief mee aan de receptie wanneer dat nodig is en springt bij tijdens piekmomenten of onverwachte drukte. - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen, teamontwikkeling en gasttevredenheid. 2 Functie-...
