Een mooie functie als Supervisor in de Housekeeping, waarin je schoonmaakmedewerkers inwerkt, aanstuurt en begeleidt. Dankzij jou loopt alles op rolletjes, van samenwerken tot de planning. Als Supervisor Housekeeping ben je de drijvende kracht achter onze duurzame ambities. Dagelijks stuur je een team aan van 8 à 10 collega's, afhankelijk van de drukte in het hotel in Soest. Op alle fronten ben je in control: je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er schoongemaakt moet worden en je communiceert dit ook helder. In de kern ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale personeelsplanning en waarborg je de schoonmaakkwaliteit . Waar je nog meer verantwoordelijk voor bent: - Het inwerken, aansturen en begeleiden van schoonmaakmedewerkers - Je bent een verbindende en communicatief vaardige schakel tussen het hotel, de medewerkers en het kantoor van Succlean - Toezicht houden op de naleving van het bedrijfsreglement en de huisregels van de klant - Zorg dragen voor het juist gebruik van schoonmaakmiddelen, gereedschappen en materialen - Toezicht houden op een correcte uitvoering van werkprogramma's - Vervanging regelen bij afwezigheid - Toezien op de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; van de algemene ruimtes, de hotelkamers (inclusief bedden), sanitair, aanvullen van de service items en afvoeren van afval en gebruikt linnen/serviesgoed.
