The posting

Als supervisor logistiek nacht zorg je voor een vlotte organisatie en een continue verbetering van de logistieke activiteiten tijdens de nacht.

Je combineert een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl met een praktische, operationele en analytische ingesteldheid.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je begeleidt, motiveert en stuurt de nachtploeg aan, samen met 3 teamleads;
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten, verdeelt de taken en volgt de planning en deadlines nauwgezet op. Dankzij jouw aanpak verloopt alles volgens schema en vertrekken de zendingen tijdig;
  • Je ondersteunt actief de verdere uitrol en optimalisatie van de nieuwe leveractiviteiten op de site;
  • Je volgt KPI’s en resultaten op, analyseert de prestaties en neemt initiatief om werkprocessen te verbeteren. Daarnaast grijp je in bij operationele problemen en zoek je naar passende oplossingen;
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging en rapportering en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd en dat het welzijn van je medewerkers gewaarborgd blijft;
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte samenwerking met teamleaders, collega-managers, transportpartners en chauffeurs;
  • Je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer de operationele situatie daarom vraagt.

Jij haalt het beste uit je medewerkers en bouwt aan een sterk en gemotiveerd team. Maar welk profiel zoeken we precies voor de functie van supervisor logistiek nacht?

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in de logistieke sector of binnen een operationele werkomgeving;
  • Je neemt vlot beslissingen en haalt voldoening uit het aansturen en begeleiden van mensen, ook wanneer dat de nodige uitdagingen met zich meebrengt;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag zelf initiatief. Een directe en no-nonsense aanpak past helemaal bij jou;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef;
  • Je kan goed overweg met Microsoft Office, vooral met Excel. Ervaring met SAP is zeker een plus;
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen probleem met werken tijdens de nacht.
