Voor een vooraanstaand producent van diepvriesproducten zoeken we een gedreven en ervaren Supervisor. Deze topspeler is een gevestigde waarde binnen de voedingsindustrie en staat bekend om haar hoogwaardige producten, efficiënte processen en voortdurende focus op kwaliteit en innovatie.

In deze rol krijg je een sleutelpositie binnen de dagelijkse werking van de verpakkingsafdeling. Samen met de ploegchef en jouw team coördineer je de operationele activiteiten in de inpakzone. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, gestructureerd en veilig verloopt en dat de productieplanning nauwgezet wordt gevolgd. Dankzij jouw hands-on mentaliteit, natuurlijk leiderschap en scherp oog voor detail, weet je een positieve werksfeer te creëren waarin samenwerking en betrokkenheid vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer bied je ondersteuning waar nodig, motiveer je collega’s en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het werk. Je weet precies hoe je jouw team laat groeien en inspireert anderen om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ondersteunt de ploegchef bij de dagelijkse werking en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt in de inpakzone
  • De inpakprocessen coördineer je met flair: efficiënt, overzichtelijk en altijd met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je houdt een wakend oog over veiligheid en kwaliteit, geen detail ontsnapt aan jouw aandacht
  • Samen met de ploegchef stel je werkroosters en taakverdelingen op, zodat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is
  • Duikt er een probleem op? Jij pakt het kordaat aan en komt met slimme verbeteringsvoorstellen die het verschil maken
  • Je houdt de voortgang en resultaten netjes bij en rapporteert deze duidelijk aan de ploegchef
  • Nieuwe collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen voor opleiding, begeleiding en een vlotte start binnen het team
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een A2-diploma in een technische richting of kan terugvallen op relevante praktijkervaring binnen een leidinggevende rol in productie
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke affiniteit met leidinggeven en de ambitie om mensen en processen in goede banen te leiden
  • Basiskennis van pc-toepassingen is mooi meegenomen, dat maakt jouw werk net dat tikkeltje vlotter
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie met collega's
