Bij Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol geloven we dat een goed begin van de dag het verschil maakt. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren horecaprofessional die het ontbijtteam weet te motiveren, overzicht houdt tijdens drukke momenten en graag zelf meewerkt op de vloer. Als Supervisor Ontbijt ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de ontbijtservice. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team, bewaakt de kwaliteit en gastvrijheid en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast met een glimlach aan de dag begint. Onze arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris: €2.600,- tot €3.100,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur) - 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer (eerste 5 kilometer enkele reis voor eigen rekening) - Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering - Mogelijkheid tot aanvullend pensioen bij langer dienstverband Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het ontbijtteam en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling. - Je coördineert de ontbijtservice en bewaakt de kwaliteit van service, presentatie en gastvrijheid. - Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en werkt actief mee waar nodig. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten en collega's tijdens de dienst. - Je zorgt voor een schone, georganiseerde en representatieve werkomgeving. - Je begeleidt de voorbereiding van het lunchbuffet en zorgt voor een goede overdracht. Wie ben jij? Je bent een ervaren horecaprofessional die energie krijgt van de dynamiek van een drukke ochtend. Je houdt overzicht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
