Takenpakket:

  • Dagelijks operationeel aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van het productieteam binnen jouw ploeg.
  • Leiden, coachen en inspireren van medewerkers om samenwerking, betrokkenheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling te stimuleren.
  • Actief toezien op de strikte naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Analyseren van de productie-KPI’s en het proactief initiëren van gerichte acties en bijsturingen waar nodig.
  • Streven naar maximale efficiëntie en het continu optimaliseren van de processen door het toepassen van Lean-methodes.
  • Waarborgen van de nodige opleidingen, kwalificaties en polyvalentie binnen het team, in nauwe afstemming met de technische trainer.
  • Nauw samenwerken en helder communiceren met ondersteunende afdelingen zoals Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, Quality en HR.

Profiel:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Goede kennis van moderne productieprocessen en een duidelijke affiniteit met Lean-technieken.
  • Proactieve en analytische ingesteldheid met een scherp oog voor veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit.
  • Sterke organisatorische en coachende vaardigheden om een team te enthousiasmeren en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een stabiel tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late shift).
