Wat ga je doen als Supervisor Productie?

Als supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de productie tijdens jouw shift. Je stuurt meerdere productielijnen aan (room en desserts) en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Je combineert people management met operationele opvolging en schakelt dagelijks met verschillende interne diensten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van operatoren en productiemedewerkers tijdens jouw shift
  • Coördineren van productieactiviteiten over verschillende lijnen en afdelingen heen
  • Bewaken en bijsturen van de productieplanning om efficiëntie en continuïteit te garanderen
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne logistiek en technische dienst om een vlotte flow te verzekeren
  • Toezien op naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen (HACCP)
  • Controleren van eindproducten & reinigingsactiviteiten en waken over een sterke kwaliteitsbeleving op de werkvloer
  • Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en zorgen voor een duidelijke schiftoverdracht
  • Instaan voor onboarding, opleiding en evaluatie van medewerkers
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen op vlak van productie, organisatie en efficiëntie
  • Creëren van een positieve teamsfeer en goede samenwerking tussen ploegen
  • Je ziet erop toe dat werkinstructies correct en up- to- date zijn en past deze aan waar nodig

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt al ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving en weet hoe je een team op een duidelijke en motiverende manier aanstuurt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Ervaring als supervisor, idealiter binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Sterke people management skills gecombineerd met een hands- on mentaliteit
  • Communicatief, assertief en in staat om structuur te brengen op de werkvloer
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamplayer
  • Analytisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht bij operationele uitdagingen
  • Administratief sterk en in staat om correct te rapporteren
  • Vlot met courante IT- toepassingen (Office, productiesystemen)
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Sterk bewust van het belang van veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit
  • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals IFS, BRC of FSSC is een plus
