Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten in de winkel en de medewerkers en draagt zorg voor een optimale werkverdeling in de dagelijkse operatie. Om dit samen met je team te realiseren, is het belangrijk dat jij het volgende oppakt: - Het motiveren, enthousiasmeren en coachen van collega's op het optimaal klantcontact. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld en fungeert als meewerkend voorman; - Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het vakmanschap van je collega's door te coachen, feedback te geven, het goede voorbeeld te geven en het inwerken van nieuwe collega's; - Het dagelijks evalueren van de voortgang van de resultaten met je cluster manager; - Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers uit jouw team bij complexere vraagstukken en bij calamiteiten. Functie-eisen Als Supervisor ben je in staat om als aanvoerder van het team optimale klantbelevingen te geven en zo samen de afgesproken verkoopresultaten te behalen en dagtaken uit te voeren. Om dit succesvol te kunnen doen herken je jezelf in ieder geval in onderstaande punten: - Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Verkopen, service verlenen en klantcontact zit in je bloed; - Je beschikt over leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden; - Je bent in staat je omgeving te enthousiasmeren richting optimale prestatie; - Je kan goed luisteren en delegeren; - Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar. Aanvullende informatie Natuurlijk hebben we als werkgever jou ook veel te bieden. Dit krijg je van ons: - Een bruto maandsalaris van minimaal € 3.090,- en maximaal € 4.294,- afhankelijk van je werkervaring, op basis van 40 uur - Vaste 13e maand, een deel krijg je maandelijks uitbetaald en een deel in januari van het volgende jaar....
