Als Supervisor Service & Onderhoud zorg jij ervoor dat Walibi Village technisch én praktisch in topconditie blijft. Van onze 140 accommodaties en het zwembad tot de algemene voorzieningen en het terrein: samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat alles veilig, verzorgd en optimaal functioneert. Een storing oplossen doe je graag, maar het liefst voorkom je problemen voordat ze ontstaan. Daarom houd jij je bezig met zowel dagelijks technisch onderhoud als preventief onderhoud en denk je actief mee over structurele verbeteringen. Onze Technische Dienst heeft een brede verantwoordelijkheid. Naast technische werkzaamheden zorgen jullie ervoor dat het terrein er verzorgd uitziet, voeren jullie klein groenonderhoud uit en springen jullie bij waar dat nodig is. Of je nu een collega ondersteunt, een gast helpt of zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt: jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig en weet van aanpakken. Als Supervisor ben jij de verbindende factor binnen het team. Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat niets blijft liggen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Front Office, Huishoudelijke Dienst en het management van Walibi Village. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de medewerkers van de Technische Dienst. - Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en stelt prioriteiten op basis van urgentie, gastimpact en planning. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van storingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en technische projecten. - Je zorgt voor preventief onderhoud aan accommodaties, zwembad, overige gebouwe...
