Als Supervisor Technische Dienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en het soepel laten verlopen van de werkzaamheden binnen de technische afdeling van Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport. Je zorgt voor overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang van onderhoud en storingen en ondersteunt het team waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

• Dagelijkse coördinatie, aansturing en controle van werkzaamheden binnen de technische dienst.

• Begeleiden en coachen van de medewerkers.

• Zelf meewerken aan onderhoud, storingen en installaties.

• Plannen en uitvoeren van periodiek technisch en facilitair onderhoud.

• Zorgen voor naleving van technische wet- en regelgeving en Marriott-standaarden.

• Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over technische innovaties of renovaties.

• Inkoop en voorraadbeheer van materialen en onderhoudsmiddelen (installatiemateriaal, gebruiksartikelen, reserved
