Wir suchen 1 Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d) ULBRICHTS Automotive Als Mitarbeiter_in im Qualitätsmanagement bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten und Unternehmen und tragen dazu bei, bereits im Entwicklungsprozess sowie im Rahmen der Serienlieferungen die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte sicherzustellen.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metall- und/oder Kunststoffbereich

* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Automotive-Bereich / QM Ausbildung

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft (30-40%)

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

* Auditoren Ausbildung VDA 6.3

Ihre Aufgaben

* Umsetzung der grundsätzlichen Qualitätsstandards in der Serienproduktion im Rahmen der Vorgaben der Kundenanforderung sowie IATF 16949 und ISO 9001

* Qualitätsprüfungen intern und beim Lieferanten, sowie Mitwirkung bei Produkt- und VDA 6.3 Prozessaudits sowie externe Kundenaudits

* Begleitung von Lieferantenreklamationen mittels 5WHY, ISHIKAWA etc.

* Fehlerauswertung bei externen Losen und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

* Steuern des APQP-Prozesses zu Lieferanten

* Überwachen von Kundenanforderungen und deren Umsetzung beim Lieferanten

* Unterstützung des Reklamationsmanagements

Das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt bei € 4.500,- (auf Basis einer Vollzeitanstellung).

Unser Kollektivvertrag bezieht sich auf die Metalltechnischen Industrie.

Die tatsächliche Entlohnung hängt jedoch von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab und kann daher deutlich darüber liegen.
