Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als Supply Chain Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onderdelen, gereedschappen en materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, het externe magazijn en onze interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik op processen, voorraden en leveranciersprestaties blijft onze organisatie optimaal draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en opvolgen van inkoopaanvragen en bestellingen; - Bewaken van levertijden, kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van materialen; - Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes (RFQ's) en tenders; - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers over prijzen, leveringen en prestaties; - Signaleren van besparingsmogelijkheden en procesverbeteringen; - Coördineren van de samenwerking met het externe magazijn; - Bewaken van voorraden en uitvoeren van voorraadanalyses; - Beheren van artikelgegevens, leveranciersinformatie en inkoopprijzen in het ERP-systeem; - Ondersteunen van leveranciersbeoordelingen en inkoopprojecten; - Samenwerken met collega's van Service, Operations, Modernisation en New Installation.
