Ben jij een hands-on Supply Chain Manager die zich thuis voelt op de werkvloer én strategisch het overzicht bewaart? Voor een internationale productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren supply chain professional die het volledige order-to-delivery proces in goede banen leidt en verschillende operationele teams aanstuurt.

Jouw functie Als Supply Chain Manager ben je de verbindende schakel tussen planning, logistiek, materiaalbeheer, customer service en productie.

Je creëert structuur, bewaakt de continuïteit van de processen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten tijdig en correct beleverd worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen van de teams Internal Sales, Productieplanning, Material Planning en Logistiek
  • Bewaken van het volledige order-to-delivery proces
  • Toezicht houden op grondstoffenbeschikbaarheid, voorraadbeheer en materiaalplanning
  • Opvolgen van containerstromen, importprocessen en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Afstemmen van productiecapaciteit, planning en klantverwachtingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij operationele escalaties en complexe dossiers
  • Initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten binnen supply chain en logistieke processen

We zoeken een no-nonsense people manager die beslissingen durft nemen, het respect van de werkvloer wint en energie haalt uit het optimaliseren van processen binnen een productieomgeving.

Jouw achtergrond

  • Minimaal 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring binnen Supply Chain, Productieplanning, Logistiek of Operations Management
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is essentieel
  • Opleiding in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek Management, Handelsingenieur, Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van gemengde teams van arbeiders en bedienden
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak Vlot in het maken van operationele beslissingen en het opvolgen van resultaten
