Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, productiecapaciteit en voorraden perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd, zodat projecten efficiënt en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd. Je geeft leiding aan de afdelingen Planning en Inkoop en bent de verbindende schakel tussen inkoop, productie, engineering, verkoop en logistiek. Met jouw analytische blik en verbetermentaliteit draag je bij aan een betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige supply chain. Jouw werkzaamheden - Zorgdragen voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen, componenten en halffabricaten. - Coördineren van de productiecapaciteit op basis van forecasts, orderintake en beschikbare middelen. - Bewaken en optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus met oog voor beschikbaarheid én kostenbeheersing. - Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van relaties met leveranciers op het gebied van leverbetrouwbaarheid, capaciteit en prestaties. - Aansturen van de productieplanning en afstemmen met productie en engineering. - Signaleren van knelpunten binnen de keten en initiëren van verbetermaatregelen. - Verkorten van doorlooptijden, verhogen van leverbetrouwbaarheid en minimaliseren van verspilling. - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en ontwikkelen van scenario's voor schaarste of capaciteitsuitdagingen. - Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van LEAN, S&OP en supply chain optimalisatie. - Rapporteren aan directie en management over prestaties, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden.
