Als Supply Chain Manager Manufacturing - Zutendaal ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en verdere optimalisatie van de supply chain activiteiten binnen een productieomgeving. Je stuurt een team van vier medewerkers aan en vormt de schakel tussen productie, logistiek, aankoop en sales. Supply Chain & Planning

  • Verantwoordelijk voor productie-, materiaal- en capaciteitsplanning.
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen, voorraden en materiaalbeschikbaarheid.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale afstemming tussen vraag en capaciteit.

Logistiek & Voorraadbeheer

  • Coördineren van magazijn- en logistieke activiteiten.
  • Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en goederenstromen.
  • Opvolgen van kritische materialen en leveranciersprestaties.

People Management

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van vier medewerkers.
  • Structuur en duidelijke processen binnen de afdeling uitbouwen.
  • Organiseren van overleg- en opvolgmomenten.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identificeren en realiseren van efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Implementeren van verbeterprojecten rond processen en systemen.
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van KPI's en rapporteringen.
  • Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur als Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Handelsingenieur, TEW, Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie in Supply Chain, Logistiek of Operations.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een absolute vereiste.
  • Sterke kennis van supply chain processen, planning, voorraadbeheer en logistieke flows.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is essentieel.
  • Ervaring met BAAN, SAP, Dynamics of gelijkaardige systemen is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Je bent een coachende leidinggevende die mensen weet mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je bent hands-on en voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Frans is een vereiste.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
