Nous recherchons notre futur Supply Chain Manager

En tant que Supply Chain Manager, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique au sein de l'équipe de direction. Votre mission : piloter et optimiser l'ensemble des activités de la chaîne logistique, de l'approvisionnement à la distribution, en garantissant efficacité, rentabilité et satisfaction client.

Vous serez le moteur des projets d'amélioration continue et contribuerez à la vision de l'entreprise axée sur l'innovation et la performance.

Vos responsabilités clés;

Gestion des opérations et de la logistique

  • Superviser les flux entrants et sortants pour assurer des livraisons fiables et ponctuelles.
  • Garantir le respect des objectifs de coûts, délais et qualité.
  • Coordonner les activités entre la production, les achats et la planification.
  • Assurer la conformité aux standards de sécurité et de qualité. Stratégie et optimisation Supply Chain
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des processus d'approvisionnement et de planification performants.
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés et anticiper les risques de rupture ou de retard.
  • Déployer des initiatives Lean pour améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les coûts.
  • Contribuer à des projets transversaux et à la digitalisation des processus. Leadership et management d'équipe
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe dédiée à la logistique et à la supply chain.
  • Favoriser une culture de collaboration, d'engagement et d'amélioration continue.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs. Communication et reporting
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires internes et externes.
  • Produire et analyser des rapports sur les performances et les stocks.
  • Renforcer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les clients pour garantir fiabilité et qualité. (Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer selon les besoins.)
  • Diplôme en économie, gestion ou ingénierie, avec spécialisation ou expérience significative en Supply Chain industrielle
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en environnement manufacturier
  • Expérience dans le secteur automobile
  • Compétences solides en analyse, négociation et gestion de projets
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs
  • Maîtrise des ERP et des outils bureautiques ; connaissance des méthodes Lean est un atout
  • Français et anglais courants ; l'allemand est un plus
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes
