Bij The New Plant stuur je jouw teams aan op je eigen manier, bouw je mee aan continue verbeteringen en maak je impact in de snelgroeiende markt van plantaardige voeding. Jouw team Je komt te werken bij The New Plant in Zoeterwoude, de productielocatie voor Beyond Meat. Je geeft leiding aan twee verschillende, maar hechte teams. Je logistieke team bestaat uit een ervaren teamleider die dagelijks 5 expeditiemedewerkers/reachtruckchauffeurs aanstuurt. Hier spar je wekelijks een paar uur mee om de stip op de horizon te zetten. Jouw dagelijkse focus ligt bij het planningsteam . Dit team bestaat uit drie gedreven supply chain planners, waarvan 1 leergierige junior . De sfeer is open, informeel en direct. Omdat er geen tussenlaag is, sta je dicht bij de mensen. Je coacht hen op inhoud en competenties, viert successen samen en zorgt voor een goede groepsdynamiek waarin iedereen stappen maakt. Jouw rol Als Supply Chain Manager zorg je samen met je teams dat we maken wat we beloven, tegen de scherpste kosten en dat we de capaciteit zo goed mogelijk benutten. Doordat de basis van de dagelijkse planning en inkoop goed staat, is er in circa 50% van je tijd ruimte om buiten de waan van de dag te treden. Schakelen tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau als MT-lid. Initiëren en leiden van Continuous Improvement-projecten op het gebied van digitalisering, efficiëntie en schaalbaarheid. Aansturen en coachen van de planners en de logistiek teamleider op doelstellingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
